Scope
This policy applies to purchases you may make directly from zexonuwulyx, such as digital guides or subscriptions (if and when offered). If you purchased via a third party (e.g., an app store or marketplace), their terms apply.
Digital guides (downloads)
- Before download or access: you may cancel within 14 days of purchase for a full refund.
- After download or access: because digital content cannot be “returned,” refunds are generally not available once access has been granted, except in cases of technical failure we cannot resolve or content delivered not as described.
Subscriptions
- You can cancel at any time to stop future renewals. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.
- We do not offer retroactive refunds for unused time, except where a persistent technical issue on our side prevented access and we could not resolve it within a reasonable time.
Pre-orders
Pre-orders can be cancelled for a full refund at any time before the content is released or access begins.
Non-refundable items
- Donations or voluntary contributions.
- Custom research or bespoke services once work has begun.
- Gift cards after they are issued (unless required by law).
